Yes. We hold the relevant NSW contracting licences, Public & Products Liability insurance, and Workers Compensation. Certificates of Currency are available on request.
We operate under Australian WHS laws and relevant AS/NZS standards. Every job includes site-specific risk assessments, SWMS, daily pre-starts/toolbox talks, and periodic inspections. Our teams are trained and empowered to pause work if something isn’t safe.
We coordinate with your certifier and, where applicable, help guide approvals (e.g., remedial works interfaces, temporary works). We provide handover/closure certificates and inspection records as part of our close-out.
Yes. We collaborate early with engineers, builders and certifiers to de-risk methodology, sequence works efficiently, and protect your program. For remedial scopes, we can work to engineer designs or help coordinate them.
For standard residential work, 1–2 weeks is common once scope is confirmed. Remedial and complex projects may require longer for design and staging. If it’s urgent (e.g., make-safe), call us — we’ll advise what’s possible.
We start with a clear scope and drawings (if available). You’ll receive a written quote that outlines inclusions, exclusions, and any assumptions. Variations are priced transparently and approved before we proceed.
SWMS, risk assessments, induction records, delivery/inspection logs, handover or close-out certificates, photos as required, and any engineered drawings supplied/used. We can package this into a neat close-out pack.
We communicate early, price variations clearly, and seek written approval before changing cost or program. Our aim is to keep momentum without surprises.
Yes. We stage works to minimise disruption, maintain safe public interfaces, manage debris/dust, and keep sites tidy. We’re used to tight terraces, busy streets and shared access.
Where required by program or council conditions, we can schedule after-hours or weekends subject to noise rules and approvals.
We stand behind our workmanship. You’ll receive a defects window aligned to the service provided (outlined in your contract), plus responsive aftercare for any issues.
We minimise waste, separate recyclables where practical, control dust/runoff, and engage responsible suppliers. Environmental controls are built into our methodology and SWMS.
A dedicated supervisor or project lead. You’ll get their mobile and email, with regular updates at agreed milestones.
Address, drawings (if available), photos, scope details, site constraints (access, hours, neighbours), desired dates, and contact details for your certifier/engineer (if applicable).
Standard milestone or progress payments aligned to the contract value and program. Terms will be listed in your quote; larger projects may require a deposit or procurement pre-payments.
Yes. We’re experienced in remedial scopes, make-safes, and insurer/strata reporting requirements, including staged works and resident communications.
We can interface smoothly with other trades, sequence access, and help keep the critical path clear. Let us know early if you need us to lead coordination.
